it is ultimately doomed to fail.
That's a terrific term. We've been teamworked and legislated into a loss of identity and freedom.
I see another problem, on this philosophical level. It's dependence. People aren't making medical and life style decisions for themselves. "free" and "covered" comes at a very big price.

Man, that’s good. It is also the truth.
The choices are consent or coercion; we’re plummeting headfirst into the latter.
