Is there any way the Repubs could file an emergency hearing with the SC asking for an injunction against Oslummers amnesty EO temporarily halting it. Then proceed in a full SC case for unconstitutional grab by Oslummer?
It would seem the SC would be eager and willing to rule on a constitutional crisis like this. After all, this is what they are there for.
There are many things the Repubs COULD do; however, methinks they lack a will and a spine.
