The author is exactly right. If Congress or the Supreme Court do not weigh in on this, then it will, by default, become the duty of Americans to stop it. And, NO ONE will like that.

None of these things will change things. We’ve crossed the Rubicon and the only solution is now apparent, although we may be slow to act. In the end, we will have no choice.
Sue, sue, sue. Yeah, go ahead. The illegals will be here, “we can’t deport 11 million people” and we won’t be able to deport 16 MM. We won’t be able to affect the mad rush coming to every border crossing. We won’t be able to properly vet 5% of the newcomers for disease, prior criminal or deportation record.
