her lips and nose are huge, as well as her forehead and one of her eyes is higher than the other and she has terrible skin and is wearing a bag.

No person on Earth is perfectly symmetrical, but I think her head is tilted slightly. I like big lips, there's even a name for that, which I cannot say here at a family site. Her “terrible skin” looks to be freckles, which drive me crazy.
