To answer the thread title, NO - the Constitution has already been rendered null and void by the Oligarchy now ruling us.

Meanwhile the “Opposition Party” is busy figuring out how to appease Dear Leader while pretending to be an opposition party to placate their detested base.

Thank you for referencing that article Starman417. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

I wish that patriots would wise up to the idea that the Constitution was arguably derailed as far back as the ratifications of the 16th & 17th Amendments, particularly the 17th Amendment when state lawmakers foolishly gave up their voices in Congress.

13 states came together to write a Constitution that was specifically crafted to thwart the emergence of a new tyrant.

They did more than that. They worried that the day might come where the Federal Government wormed it's way out of all the constraints they built in. So they gave the States a way to by-pass the whole rotten edifice. With 66 out of 99 state houses now Republican and with Obama's illegal hordes tilting the balance back to tyranny in two years the time to use this is NOW. We may never have another chance. Ever.(Click on graphic for more info)
