I tend to agree with your statement that in order for black or Latino people to hear what others are saying, the orator needs to be of the same color .. etc.

I to agree this is a major problem .. but I also see a lot of black or Latino PASTORS not addressing the problem in their churches.

I went to a church for 20 years where there was black, Latino, white, interracial marriages, etc. We all loved each other.

A problem comes from the “race hustlers” who make their living by dividing everybody and insisting that only one race “white” is to blame for everything; and the minority Pastors who allow that type of person to infiltrate their churches.

If you’re going to Pastor a flock, God will hold you responsible for EVERY MEMBER OF YOUR CHURCH.

Did you ever have any sincere conversations with the non-white people in your church about the race problem? And how did they respond?
