When my dachshund Maxwell was about eight years old (he died over a year ago at 15) he started out with what the vet thought was a fatty lump on his side. It grew and grew, pretty rapidly, when it was taken out it was over three pounds, and was called a lipoma, but was benign. The vet said it looked like a beef roast and asked me if I wanted to see it, I declined. Lol

My dachshsund had a fatty lump on a hind leg...where it bent. At the time I was taking a mineral supplement called Km and was eating their diet bars...which werem't "diet" but whole grans.

When I ate mine, she wanted some ,too, and I started giving her some and put the Km in her water.

To make a long story short...the fatty lump went away and so did her skin allergies. She had shots twice a month for the allergies and it slowly went away.

My vet started telling her allergy patients to call me to get a number to call for Km. It worked for others as well. That was 22 years ago!

If you have a pet with allergies, Google Km. I don't sell it but it worked for me and my dachshund lived to be 17.5 years old...shot free.
