The latest I heard in the news (last month) was that Father Benedict ---as he prefers to be called --- was well, and stronger, physically and mentally, than at the time of his resignation (two years ago) when he seemed so frail and depleted. At that time --- when he resigned --- I thought, "My God, it's as if he hasn't a friend in the world. The Curia must be full of wolves, Judases." I pray for him. I know he's praying for us, for the Church and the World.
