ICBM’s in mobile launchers have historically been considered unkillable because you almost never find them. They can pull them into buildings, put them under bridges or just cover them with clever camouflage. It’s best to take out their ability to make weapons. Unfortunately, when (and if) we have leadership so inclined it will be much too late.
Doesn’t look terribly mobile to me.
In fact, it looks like a liquid fuel rocket.
Which is a first strike only rocket, in that they take a while to fuel and get off the ground.
