When faced with evidence like Ikes letter or Reagans opposition to MLK they just drone on anyhow
It’s why our nation and culture is dying
I sure can’t educate them here
It’s not like I haven’t tried
When I was young till mid 80s even......the finger pointing smearing narrative control folks were believe it or not folks like Dana Carveys church lady charictature
That was the social mores collective voice.....morality....conformity and so forth
It was irritating to rebels without a cause like me but it served us pretty well in comparison to today
Today is rejectionism of western civilization and Christianity by and large replaced by political correctness of the specialness of the victim minority
Of almost any type
And thru media and entertainment and academia and advertising and of course politics its enforced with a vengeance
The new church lady wagging her bony finger
The demonization of Lee and Dixie by our culture when those much closer to the conflict proved to be victors with honour in their own time even going so far as to name federal military installations after their vanquished foes demonstrates the arrogance and ignorance of today’s self righteous
I’m surely in my last quarter here and I’ve tried to teach my kids but it’s almost pointless
Obama returning the Churchill bust to England is just more of the same
This won’t be set right by politics
It is very sad indeed.
