“I saw it tonight. I don’t think it glorified or condemned war. It was one man’s story and dealt with his motivations and struggles to do what he thought best for his comrades-in-arms, his country, and his family. It was NOT a political movie.”

I’m a vet, saw the movie last week, and heartily concur with that opinion!

I will admit that some parts were VERY difficult for me to watch because of the memories they dredged up in me.
