75 percent of the state budget is spent on health and human services and education.

75 percent of the state budget is spent on things the government has no business meddling with.

There. Fixed it.

I am on a budget MYSELF.

That means... at MY house...

If it’s broken, it STAYS broken
If it quits working, it doesn’t get replaced
No vacation
No new car
No re model for the kitchen
No extra bells and whistles on ANY service that is basic
No charge card spending AT ALL
No ‘night out’ at the movies and diner
No ‘order in’ pizza delivery (or ANY delivery)
No travel
No upgrade on the appearance of the yard
No new siding (badly needed)
No fix for the sidewalk concrete
No discretionary spending
No gifts for relatives graduation, shower, birthday or wedding, etc.

ETC.....And I’m getting along OK without creating debt for myself

Why can’t the government do the same?
