The NRA has filed suit against three Pennsylvania cities claiming their gun laws are illegal.
In brief, the NRA states that only state legislation has the authority to regulate firearms and that municipalities are exceeding that line in the sand by openly breaking the law.
Here have a look at the article.
With Sharia law coming soon, if I were gay, transgendered, like to drink beer, let my wife drive a car,let my daughters go to school, don’t approve of rape, or find stoning of my neighbors problematic, I think the right to bare arms is more important today than ever.
You like to defend your loved ones in the ol’ pugilist way, eh? Me, I prefer to use firearms...;-) You must be packing some serious “guns” (pectorals) if you show them off to scare bad guys away...;-)
The state constitution in Michigan holds supremacy over the cities in Michigan. Many cities have tried to impose anti gun ordinances but all have failed in court.
The headline of the article below this one:
“NRA lawsuits a bullying tactic, mayors in 3 U.S. cities say”
