I figure the current State Department fills the function the twig does when it’s in the jaws of a fox who’s swimming in a river - the fleas gather there and the fox lets it go and emerges uninfested. Now, if we could figure a place to abandon the idiot liberals all we’d have to do is cut State free and let it go its merry way and the country would be much better off.
