I suspect this would end the reciprocity agreement between Ohio and WV. Maybe it will convince Ohio to modify their laws in the same manner if it passes.
I do not see any reason for it to end reciprocity. All it does is make carrying in West Virginia legal without a permit.
It leaves the West Virginia permit in place for those who wish it.
