If they had FOIA requests which were ignored or deflected by the use of the private server, they may have standing to get them.

But I don’t see how they have been damaged by any alleged conspiracy between the Clintons, their charity, and foreign individuals. So standing on the RICO conspiracy may be a tough sell, but I see the judge is in Florida so Klayman probably went judge shopping.

And the allegation she leaked info to a reporter on Israeli defense stuff? How is that going to fly? The reporter is going to protect his sources and where is the damage to Judicial Watch anyway? What would be cool is for Israel to join on this as plaintiff—but that ain’t gonna happen

I think this is an attempt by Klayman to rough her up a little before the election and I doubt the legal system will treat it kindly.

Well, if Klayman survives the certain Summary Judgment Hearing, they can make BJ’s and Hillary’s life a living hell with discovery motions and depositions.

The Florida judge might be a calculation to survive to get to discovery.

Of course the Clintons can appeal the judges ruling if he denies summary judgment. That will trigger a fight over whether “discovery” can proceed during an appeal.
