There are debates on that. When did gluten-free become so hip? Seems like everybody’s doing it. Never heard of it 30 years ago.

There are a LOT of foods that are gluten-free by definition, and yet they’ll still be labeled as such just to cash in on the latest bout of American Hypochondria.
