There is selective enforcement and selective outrage on this subject.
If you go into the ghetto, you will see many unsupervised young children, playing, running around, riding bicycles. With no adult supervision .
Will CPS go into the ghetto and gather up these unsupervised kids????

Yes! When I lived near Asbury Park, NJ (a wide swath is a ghetto), I was amazed to see kids running around free as a bird, playing baseball in a sandlot and behaving like children from the 1950s. We're talking about upper-middle-class white kids, here - not poor blacks.
