Initially, I looked for the best from this prosecutor yesterday. She comes from a family of law enforcement and some of what she said seemed to be aimed at calming the crowds away from violence. Since, it’s become clear. This article, dated long before, is very damning about this overambitious person. It’s clear she’s aiming to be on the fast-track for the grievance movement industry.
If even part of this true then I would say a certain amount of incompetence has taken over as State’s Attorney.
I will go even further and say that the 6 officer’s indicted will go to trial but I think, depending on the charges and venue, will be found Not Guilty. Probably because of faulty evidence and most certainly if they get political hacks as prosecutors.
I hate to think what may happen in Baltimore if Not Guilty verdicts come in, 1992 Los Angeles all over again. I would be making plans to move out of Baltimore now.
The replacement chief here in Oakland is twice as clueless.. And the Mayor even worse.
This woman is an absolute joke, she could not wait to indict those cops and proclaimed it like a conquering hero yesterday the second that autopsy report came back. And if you’ll notice she seems to be basing it all on the fact that Gray wasn’t wearing a seat belt. I’m betting she has absolutely no case whatsoever and if the evidence shows that, then she should be disbarred because this stinks of another Mike Nifong situation, someone who should be nowhere even near anything having to do with law.
Sounds like queen Biaotch!! is gonna get her way no matter what. Be prepared, queen biaotch!!, karma’s a biaotch!! too. And when karma’s done wipin the floor with you, we’ll all be there, pointing and laughing.

My point exactly. If you get booted from Oakland for ‘underperformance’ you have to really bad.

This Mosby woman is plain bad news. She just may do to herself with the 6 officers what that prosecutor did to himself down in Carolina with the Duke lacrosse team. That is hubris writ large.
Another librul who has never done anything other than sit in a classroom and run for office.

The first 3 things the cops attorneys should do are:
1. Habeas Corpus motion- make the prosecutor show that there is actually some “there”, there. Make her explicitly show the probable cause for arrest, not theories.
2. Motion for change of venue. Make them move the trial on the basis that the defendants won’t get a fair trial in this jurisdicton.
3. Call for, and continue to call for Mosby’s recusal on the grounds that she has a vested interest in the outcome of the trial. Continue to also hammer at the fact that the dead suspects families attorney worked on Mosby’s election campaign AND her transition team.
