Mebbe so but Charlie Baker is a far cry from Deval Patrick. He cleaned house in the MBTA...forcing the top 5 Patrick hacks to resign. He'll be doing other things like this in other departments.
Besides, I won't be a resident of MA by the time this gets implemented so...I don't really care.
