Forbes - Bethesda closed out its first ever E3 press conference with what could only be referred to as an expected shocker: the company will be releasing Fallout 4 on November 10 2015, just a few short months after the game’s formal announcement two weeks ago. The company has been riding a wave of excitement ever since the reveal trailer, and so it seems only fitting that it ends this announcement with a piece of news that promises to keep this momentum rolling into release.

Fallout 4 has apparently been in some form of production since 2009, right after the release of Fallout 3.

according to Howard, you find, “an enormous dynamic world, where you can create any kind of character you want, go where you want and do whatever you want. Player freedom remains our absolute number one goal.” Created using Bethesda’s Creation engine the environment features physical-based rendering and dynamic volumetric lighting. All dialogue with non-player characters is also dynamic – players can walk away from scripted sequences, or even shoot and kill the character to end the conversation.
