My mother died at 49 years old in 1979 of cancer. I bought illegal MJ for her. She never smoked it, but made tea, brownies and cookies. It eased her pain and gave her an appetite.

Marijuana used for medicinal purposes is reasonable, however those are not the primary usage of that drug.

My current belief is that it is damaging to ongoing users, but I hate what the WOD has done to us.

If you think the War on Drugs is horrible, you should see what happened when a nation LOST the war on drugs.

Believe me, the grass is not greener on the other side of the fence. It is dead and blacked by all the ash from the millions of murdered people caused by losing their war on drugs.

I agree most aren’t getting it for true med needs and I do sympathize with your view.

Newsflash: opium is not marijuana. Not even close. But I'll tellya what - antidepressants are worse than opium.

And I'll prove it: President of the United States Barack Obama. And in the wings, Hillary!

Not even opium addicts would vote for them. But people on antidepressants? GUARANTEED.
