How did they determine $12.25 was what the job was worth?
Just like all other business’s yet they want to force others to pay higher wages for jobs not worth those higher wages while they themselves pay a lot less.

$1/hr x 40/hrs a week = 2080 work hours a year x number of employees. They would have a big advantage over their competition if they were a regular business instead of a shakedown company that they are.
