Fiorina emphasizes, adamantly, that she believes a “true meritocracy” can only result when you have women hired in at least equal numbers as men

I watched that part of the interview, and she seemed to be saying the reverse - that, if you have a "true meritocracy," you'll naturally have a "diverse" workforce.

For the record, I have no idea whether I'd vote for her or not. But I do know I'll never want an HP printer again, based on my experience with the one I have.
