It is advisable and definitely necessary to regulate quota's and speeds by which permission is given to those seeking to settle in America. We do not want criminal elements, drug runners, and agitators to come and attempt to change what works in America.

We don't need those numbers period. Immigrants are taking American jobs and depressing wages. We need to reduce legal immigration substantially to at most 300,000 a year.
