Looks like “law enforcement” took notes during the Branch Davidian murders/massacre perpetrated by Reno and company and they like the thought of being able to shoot/arrest people “just because they want to”..
I've often fantasized about deporting the 1%ers, Crips, Bloods, MS13, and all the other violent gangs to a remote island where they can wage war and kill each other. What a great reality show that would make on the current National Geographic show called, "Gangland". Or is that the Discovery channel?
While we're at it, let's put all the proven looters on their own island so they can fight over the newest coconuts and not some sneaker.
And then there are the welfare queens. In that case, just go back to time-limited benefits and welfare-to-work that obama stopped and watch them go batsh*t crazy. Let them stand in line at charity soup kitchens.
Huh! It must be that Constitutional provision that calls for secret trial.
It is starting to unravel a bit. The tame JP has recused himself, and the appellate court threw out the gag order.
If the DA is smart, he’ll get on the right side of history and leave the corrupt law enforcement swinging in the breeze, but he may be too far into the coverup at this point.
“What happened today was a reaffirmation that all of the United States of America, even Texas, even Waco is a part of a nation governed by law, not by corrupt nepotism.”

One can hope. It sounds like some info should be coming out soon; maybe within a week. After 3 months of stonewalling; it would be about time. I really hope every wrongfully arrested biker there gets at least a million bucks from the City of Waco, the state of Texas, and the USA due to the fed involvement. It’s the least that can be done for them and would “send a message” as old State Trooper turned Justice of the Peace said.
Texas should really reexamine the basic criteria for being a Judge. I would think at the very least a law degree would be necessary even if they had not passed the Bar.
Oh, I believe they will get away with it. I do not believe that the first policeman will do a second’s time for murdering the motorcycle guys. And I do believe that the undercover cops instigated and started the shootings.
This is one of the cases where examination trial has always been scheduled outside of Peterson's court.
Conrad Beyer, a San Antonio attorney representing Bill Jason McRee
[Beyer] said some of those arrested have been given their cellphones back and they all were returned "scrubbed like factory resets," or with data wiped out.He said McRee, a motorcycle mechanic, told him he was on the patio sipping iced tea and eating a burger when the shooting began. McRee was only a few feet away from a fellow Cossack when a member of opposing biker group Bandidos shot his friend in the head, Beyer said.
Thank you for the yeoman’s work you’re doing keeping up with this.
We wouldn’t be hearing anything otherwise.
