vibrant community activism= burning down local businesses.
And next year we will hear the tales of woe about white gentrification of Ferguson.
Businesses are available at fire sale prices!
But then there is the Ferguson that new arrivals see: cheap housing, a diverse population and vibrant community activism.
LOL!!! Three reasons to escape that hell hole.
Only 136 days 'till Christmas!
The memorable
Nat King Cole
Does he go for the clown look to assure he won’t get a job? Although I doubt he has ever spent much time looking for a job.
Who wants to hire a clown show looking person like that? He would distract from the business’ purpose. He would help his chances if he ever decided to look and act like a man.
And those in Oakland are heading to Pinole,Hercules, Antioch and yes,Richmond.
And San Leandro, Hayward, and Castro Valley.
Unfortunately.
$500 for a lot.
Cheap housing, because who knows when it will be burned down.
Diverse & vibrant.....idiot agitprop fed to the hipster generation who mouth it back to the ruling class like the lemmings they are.
yeah lets go to a violent crime ridden area where blacks hate whites and let our white little girl be our little "experiment"....
maybe that’s the con.....buy a house knowing it’ll be burned to the ground and then collect the insurance.....
I could see how the Pastor would be interested but the rest of the families not so much.
Lol!
What has business said? Are employers there or did they hit the dirt and retract?
Does anyone know?
Diversity = no white people.
Well, it does sound like a little slice of heaven, and we are thinking of moving... but it’s just maybe a teensy tiny smidge too riot-y for our family.
My thoughts were that, they always said you couldn’t polish a t**d, but this guy sure tries.
