And you lose your right to vote when on public assistance.

By going on public assistance (welfare) you are essentially unable to take care of yourself, meaning you are a child, a minor. . .letting “mommy and daddy” take care of you, therefore, like in a family, when important decisions are made, the child does not get a vote.

I like it! In other posts I presented the idea that if you don’t pay Federal Income taxes, you don’t get to vote in Federal Elections. Nothing in the game, why should you get to vote. The qualification is not as far-fetched as it sounds, since the Constitution originally stated that only male landowners could vote.
