I favor Kim Davis but I’m not sure I agree with the pope. It isn’t that a functionary has the right to not do his job. It is that the directive of a judge in this case stinks to heaven and no man or woman of conscience could possibly do what an immoral judge has demanded.

It is that the judge ought to have been impeached and removed from office. And still should be removed. The Supreme Court justices who have gone along with this should be impeached and evicted from their offices.

What continues to shock is that out of the thousands of people affected by this decree only one, Kim Davis, has stood up and refused.

Kim Davis took an oath to uphold the law. The law changed after her oath. The “new law” was not based on law (legal precedence or Constitutional law), it was decreed from the bench by false gods in black dresses working in an activist capacity at the Supremacist Court.
