I've heard he is running from two sources. One that's in close in the government and the other that is a relative. I think skipping the debate was a tactical move to see how ugly it gets.

One interesting question to ponder. Does Biden jumping in mean anything regarding the course of the FBI investigation on Clinton? I could totally see this White House using that to derail Clinton.
