I went through both Google News and Yahoo News to find a more reliable source and not use this 3rd level source. But this was the best I found
At the G20 summit last week, Russian president Vladimir Putin revealed that his officials had uncovered private citizens in 40 countries who have funded ISIS.
âI provided examples based on our data on the financing of different Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) units by private individuals. This money, as we have established, comes from 40 countries and, there are some of the G20 members among them,â Putin would not publicly identify the 40 nations but did call for the illegal trade of oil with ISIS to cease. While the funding to the IS comes from private citizens in many countries, the illegal trade of oil is done on a governmental level and it should be brought to an end.

How about Soros? Seems like his kind of business.
Don’t be surprised if donors get a special knock on their doors from Putin.
Military officer and Booz Allen Hamilton employee in Psychological Warfare Scott Bennett turned whistleblower when he discovered the west (CIA) is funding terrorism (Al Queda/ISIS) through Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) and HSBC. Imprisoned for 36 months for wearing his uniform on base (w/out being asked to) and filling out his housing form carelessly. While there he met Brad Berkenfeld (UBS whistleblower of the same reason - funding of terrorists thru 20,000+ UBS accounts).

He contacted almost every member of congress, many generals in the military as well as most of the people at every nows organization from MSNBC, CNN to Fox and other news organizations including a 2 hour meeting with Michael Isikoff. Never heard back from anyone, except a form letter from Rand Paul. The US is funding Al Queda and ISIS, and no one cares?!?
This claim, if verified, is enough to impeach the Magic Negro.
Why is Turkey still in NATO?
Why does it take Russia to condemn the sale of stolen Syrian and Iraqi oil to Turkey?
While Barack Hussein sends hundreds of million$ to the countries on that list.
Check my tag line.
And Hillary and dear leader zer0 have been funneling weapons from Lybia to the “Free Syrian Army”. The Libyan terrorists did not want to give up their weapons leading to the Benghazi attack. By the way, ISIS, ISIL, IS and Daesh are the same as the Free Syrian Army. Zer0 is willing to supply ISIS to get rid of secular Assad, probably desiring muslim brotherhood control and more revolution through the middle east. Funny how the left loves revolution, but not war against evil.
The CIA. With Obama’s blessing, no doubt.

Well, I certainly hope that someone discloses who these people are so that action can be taken against them. I would like to see trading with ISIS to be made a very serious offense.
Well, read the article on the front page by Jim Robinson
that the US has a Sharia Czar.
We are involved. Isis is our proxy army against Assad. We work through Saudi Arabia to supply weapons.
I just read it. Thanks.
Civilization is imploding, and these United States of America, collectively, are leaderless.
ISIS is making their money by oil, ransom from kidnapping and selling antiquities that they have stolen.
To those on Putin’s list: don’t buy any green bananas.
That’s interesting.
