Dogs licking up Christians' blood from the streets

 Supreme Knight Carl Anderson
 Congressman Tom McClintock
 Archbishop William Lori

My Muslim computer teacher Asim showed me pictures of his Hajj to Mecca with his Mom, Dad, Wife & Kids. His face was overcome with emotion. It was an intensely spiritual experience. I realize most ISIS victims are Muslim, and I do worry about their families.

I also worry about the families of the parishioners of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Assyrian Chaldean Catholic Church in Orangevale, Sacramento.

A Deacon (Shamasha) has said his parishioners have seen dogs licking up their families' blood off the streets.

Twenty-seven Christians at the Otay Mesa Detention Center will be deported back to Syria to face hideous conditions, possibly the loss of their lives.

How will Archbishop Lori help our people?

Catholics shouldn't support Trump's ban on Muslims, bishop says

ROME -- The threat of terrorism must be confronted sensibly and not by restrictions based on religion, which ultimately threaten religious freedom and incite more violence, said Archbishop William E. Lori of Baltimore, chairman of the US bishops' Ad Hoc Committee for Religious Liberty.

"As citizens and as believers, Christians and Catholics in the United States cannot possibly countenance" denying people entry into the country due solely to religious affiliation, he told Catholic News Service.

Lori was in Rome for a Dec. 10-12 international conference on Christian persecution in the world, held at the Pontifical Urbanian University.

While the continuing threat of terrorist acts in the West by Islamic State has caused security concerns, restricting religious liberty in countries like the United States, he said, could lead to policies that make matters worse.

The archbishop was asked about the increasing climate of fear in the wake of terrorist attacks, as reflected, for example, in recent remarks by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, who called "for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on" and better understand possible threats. Such proposals, the archbishop said, have raised "great religious freedom alarms."

Lori said that although there are growing security concerns and a fear of terrorism, denying entry into a country based solely on religious affiliation may only worsen the situation.

Surely no Christian should be deported back to Syria, at this present time. They have a well founded fear of persecution. Genuine refugees.

Uh, Syrian “refugees” are fleeing Assad. They are exclusively Sunni Moslems.

Islam is a war plan.

>> Such proposals, the archbishop said, have raised “great religious freedom alarms.”

Despite my contempt for Islam, I agree with the quoted fragment. But if Trump asked for the “fairest” solution, the opposition would certainly meet him less than halfway.
