The urban areas in Essex County need these immigrants to prepare the fast food for their welfarian populations; businesses in these economic black holes are often staffed by foreigners. In Ferguson MO Michael Brown had a dust-up with one; normal people know it is impossible to run legitimate businesses there anymore.
