If there was any common sense going on, CCW permits would be for non-violent felons on probation. The rest of us would have full 2a rights as intended.

I am of the opinion that any establishment (private business or government entity) that denies a citizen who is a CCW holder the right to carry, then AUTOMATICALLY assumes liability for any injuries that might result from the denying of those rights.

I understand that is not he current state of the law, but that is how it should be.
