Who was the third gunman? They searched some nearby church (I saw it live). Then the 3rd gunman disappeared.

Detective Philips lost his finger trying to save Jojo.

I would call that love.

God Bless them both.

Do yourselves a favor and don't google images of JoJo from happier times. It will only cause your screen to blur.

As a long time Dobermann owner, it is something which I’ve been familiar with for a *long* time.

:D

Did you see this?

Jojo was the only explosive dog in San Bernardino County.
He did many amazing things in his short life including finding buried and hidden guns, tracking and exposing wanted felons, and identifying explosive devices.
His greatest day of valor came on December 2, 2015 when 14 of our county employees were massacred by two attackers determined to cause the greatest possible amount of death and destruction.
Jojo searched for over 10 consecutive hours in the parking lots of the site, in the buildings near the massacre, and in the actual room where the people were still lying lifelessly.
The conditions in that room were such that no man or dog should ever have to witness, but we did our job and ensured that the room was secured.

*Who* was JoJo tracking down this time?
Was it a “payback”?

Why would a highly trained bomb dog stop to pick something up and eat it?

He was dying and panicking.

I’ve pulled stuffed toy bits from my dogs’ mouths, that had gotten wrapped around their tongues and been accidentally chomped for my trouble.

You do what you have to and don’t take their panicked bites personally.

Dobermans are beautiful, almost as beautiful as my GSD: )

The story abut Jojo needs to be rewritten because it does
not make sense.
