I learned some years ago not to download anything that even offers a “toolbar.”

For a while, toolbars were the RAGE!

But they seem to have been abandoned, or at least way less effective than in the past.

I always avoid them. And using Firefox, if it gets uncontrollable, I just uninstall/reinstall.

Oh, and I am WinXP.
