It is a fact that Trump saw none of the Intelligence prior to war. Those reports showed Saddam having chemical weapons. All US Services prepared for the certainty of meeting a chemical threat. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person on this forum with first hand knowledge of that effort. Saddam did not comply with the UN Mandates either. Trump's "knowledge" is from his liberal milieu where he accepts their charges without regard for facts. Support Trump if you really want another dilettante amateur in the White House. And, lastly, there were chemical weapons found in Iraq, not in the quantities feared, but they were there. And they prove that Saddam did not comply with the UN Mandate. Now, Trump will say anyone who says otherwise than what he says is a liar, and he'll get away with it because he's not required to run a campaign based on facts. Trump gets his foreign policy information from what he calls "the shows." He is not well-informed on intelligence information; he is a philistine.

See my post above

Once trump starts getting access to classified information it will change him in an extraordinary way

The average mega corporate businessman has no idea of the reality underlying international affairs

Especially the factors that affect decisions to use military force
