Donald Trump Has A Truth Problem Of His Own On Iraq
Investor's Business Daily ^ | 2/19/2016 | John Merline

For reasons unknown, but perhaps as a way to attack Jeb Bush, Donald Trump has drastically ramped up his attacks on President Bush and the war in Iraq.

“They lied. They said there were weapons of mass destruction. There were none, and they knew there were none,” Trump said this week.

He’s since backed away from that scurrilous claim. But it turns out that Trump himself has a problem with being truthful when he talks about his opposition to the war.

Should start a weekend drinking game on repost of subjects. What is lost here on Trump is that the nitpickery and parsing of comments doesn’t work on him. Hence the drinking game.

Nearly as I can recall, they acted on bad intelligence info. That isn’t lying. There were many reason that we went into Iraq. The WMD were the least of it. Was it wise? In retrospect? Probably not. Obama made sure it would be a failure. The blame can be laid at his doorstep as well.

“I wasn’t a politician. It was probably the first time somebody asked me the question,”

So it’s different because he wasn’t a politician at the time? Wait. . . What?

How can Donald Trump be a Christian when he lies so much and is so dishonest?

I just listened that clip from the Howard Stern show, that was a lukewarm endorsement at best. Think back to Bush’s traveling road show to sell that war to us. I went to one of those rallies. We all bought it.

It also turns out that Bush and Neocons had been planning all along to go into Iraq even before 9-11. It was a con job all the way.

Investors Business Daily also has a problem. They are traitorous scum that if they could would bring back child labor.

Bad intelligence, how about manufactured Intel.
We based a great deal of our reasoning on the intel of a guy code named Curveball, read this stuff on him: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curveball_%28informant%29

Just an example of what we were sold as the truth for WMD’s existing.

Grandiose delusions (a mental disorder).....figment of his own imagination...

But Hey, he will change once he gets into office, what he says today/SCRATCH..

What he says tomorrow/SCRATCH (the day after tomorrow)

What he said a year ago/SCRATCH (you have no proof)

But Hey, he is consistently changing, that's all that matters.

How can Cruz be an ‘armor of God’ prophet - showing us ‘the face of God’ when he is such a slimy, sleazy, lying lawyer/political hack?

I know, Donald says we shouldn’t question another’s faith, right?

Yes, you’re right. Trump is immune to requirements of veracity. It’s no longer a virtue. Words don’t matter and neither does character.

Irrelevant. All issues past and present are subordinate to immigration and job destroying, dependency creating trade deals.

How can Donald Trump be a Christian when he lies so much and is so dishonest?

Because he has a family Bible with stories of "Two Corinthians" in it...

..How can Donald Trump be a Christian when he lies so much and is so dishonest?...

Sounds like the Cruz Campaign with its campaign tactics like photoshopping a Rubio/Obama photo.

Sounds like the Cruz Campaign...

Should Trump apologize to Ted Cruz & Ben Carson?

"How can Ted Cruz be an Evangelical Christian when he lies so much and is so dishonest?"

"Just remember this - you gotta remember, in all fairness, to the best of my knowledge, not too many evangelicals come out of Cuba, OK?"

"I'm Presbyterian," Trump said. "Boy, that's down the middle of the road, folks, in all fairness. I mean, Seventh-day Adventist, I don't know about. I just don't know about."

Does he have to, no, but I'd respect him if he said, "In light of current events, I want to apologize to Ted & Ben if it seemed I was questioning their faith."

Done, move on. ...big brownie points.

No leader, especially a religious leader, should have the right to question another man's religion or faith.

Should Cruz apologize to Rubio for his creative Photoshop? Should he own the misdeeds of his campaign? Just ignore his ‘’indiscretions’’ in his campaign. That’s OK with me.
