Yep - every doctor over charges. And what we definitely want is US doctors making the same as doctors in Europe and South America because that automatically makes doctors even better!

Tie this in with his war against big Pharma for the Medicare Part D program and the “no one dies in the street”, let's expand Medicare/aid and what he told Cooper last night makes perfect sense.
