FRiends for MANY years are turning against each other; We MUST remember, we are all for the same thing.. we want to restore this country back to what it was meant to be by the founders of this greatest nation..
FReepers, grow up, and stop being so hypocritical (seems both sides are blind when they accuse others of 'throwing mud' (that was a nice way of putting it)..
This isn't nasty, you should read about some of the stuff that was said and done in the 18th and 19th century in this country....whew! We need some passion in politics right now.
For later
The other day some talking head commented that political differences today are at the level of RELIGIOUS convictions. That there is ZERO give or accommodation in either side. He was talking about the People NOT the politicians. He is right. This will end in bloodshed. He did not say that but I have been saying it since 1995.
I’m a Reb from a long line of Rebs who worked their own
land & did not own slaves; with the exception of sixth
great grandparents from down in Georgia when it was a
TERRITORY. Their son married a Cherokee woman, the spoiled
mother had a fit. They took a boat upriver & settled in
TN; boy’s father gave him his inheritance early in gold.
So, here we are. - Great-great grandfather fought at Shiloh
because YOU ALL were down heah, not because he had any
SLAVES. He was a dirt farmer. - CWII? COUNT THE COST! -
I’m more alert to the Jihad training camps across the U.S.,
so we got shotguns, rifles, revolvers, crossbows & arrows.
- Peace; but NOT at all costs. - Twinkie King
War IS politics.
BTTT .....
There is a fallacy in human nature that assumes we live in the most important time in history ever.
I think the late 1700’s in America were more important
Regards politics and war, they are the same coin, different sides.
The fight is between two ideologies: Globalism versus Patriotism.
It's as simple as that. One candidate represents the nation and its patriots and sovereignty. The other side represents a borderless world of free immigration, "free" trade deals, and Trojan horse invasion by Muslims, financed by the US taxpayer.
