Doesnt the AG have prosecutorial discretion?

Another question. I know Grand Jury proceedings are secret. But I don’t know if the grand jurors are sworn to secrecy after the proceedings are iver. If they are, how would we ever know?

I’ve heard this bandied about.

Some people are making the claim that the sensitive nature of the documents will make it impossible for a GJ or a criminal jury to be seated, as even members of Congress on the Intelligence committees are not cleared to see so much as the redacted portions of some of the emails.

Hope someone here can put my mind to rest on that one.
