The hounds of Heaven may be after Cruz too. What makes you think that he is so Godly? Everything about Cruz is fake. Yes, Trump is a sinner and has lived his life in the public eye but a person is allowed to learn from his mistakes and mature. Trump has one kind of personality and Cruz has another. Trump is a very open person, Cruz is very closed. I think Cruz is hiding something.
I agree with everything you said. Maybe we have different meanings of hounds of heaven - which I meant that Heaven is after Trump's heart and I think the presidency will drive him to his knees, which is probably exactly where the Lord would have him. And no, Cruz isn't hiding something in my estimation, he is hiding a lot of things, including what he actually believes.
It is how Cruz is always talking to his supporters. He is always brining up religious talk, I think he overdoes it and it is making him look hypocritical because using the name of God to get votes is cynical and taking the name of God in vain. Please, just watch him when he speaks to his supporters. Cruz is *faux* good. Beware the wolf in sheep’s clothing.
