Under Oregon law, the DA said, Finicum was using his pickup as a weapon.
The part they left out was, in self defense, after being ambushed by OSP and the Feds.
The Feds had 5 or 6 opportunities to take the occupiers into custody peacefully when they met with the Feds on the Fed's terms. Instead, the Feds chose an ambush, therefore, Finicum's actions were self defense.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is nothing more than a traitorous wretch and should be treated as such.
