Just remember, these are the courts that said if you grow a crop and consume it all in one state, it is still interstate commerce. These are the courts that said as long as the baby’s head is inside the mother it is not murder to kill the baby. These are the courts who said that to say a prayer in a public school was establishing religion. These are the courts who said that marriage must not be defined as between one man and one woman. So if you liked those decisions, you probably like this one.
