Cruz’ presidential aspirations have made him so pathetically desperate to get the nomination that he has sold out to the GOP big money establishment. His campaign is benefitting from a huge influx of money. Where’s that all coming from?

I like that Sundance analysis things from a power politics perspective.

It is a smart analysis, to be sure.

But the Scalia thing is over the top.

Not that I do not think power politicians are capable of murder; it is just that the linkage here is so tenuous and uncertain that it makes no sense.

Cruz will do just fine.
Maybe. The question is, which party will be the first to pursue his eligibility?

I certainly hope no one thinks that's a settled argument.

This is how I see it too. At the convention, Trump will be short a few delegates, and Cruz will be way short; even if Cruz was to have enough delegates, it will decided that he is ineligible.
Bush, or someone like him, will be brought in at the last minute. All planned......

The idea that Scalia was killed to stop Ted Cruz from being ruled as ineligible is over the top.

I don't know if he was saying that Scalia was killed, or just that it benefits both. However, there are subjects, like Obama’s BC. that are constantly marked as tin foil hat material, or written off as Conspiracy kookiness. But then you look around at the world, and we do need to be asking these questions, because something nefarious is going on.

I am getting kind of sick of not being able to ask certain questions, and being called names like birther. This is just like racist, and I think it is meant as nothing more than to shut people up.

The GPOe is supporting Cruz so Trump does not WIN!

The GOPe can work with Hillary, after all they have worked with Obama all these years.

The basic problem is that all professional politicians believe that government is the solution and Trump does not. That's the problem for the GOPe, a non-believer is leading!

Soetoro was very proactive at ensuring that any cases against his eligibility would never advance to an appeals court, and would always be heard by pro-Soetoro judges. If a trial courts judge is intimidated or in some way incapacitated, it’s less likely to get national attention.

The “kill Scalia to advance Cruz” theory doesn’t really hold water when you consider that the GOP-e would rather dispose of Cruz (he’s too unreliable), and that at this point in the election the verdict would only be handed down once Cruz is in office (letting a more reliable GOP-e VP take over the Presidency). Scalia was killed largely because he was a stopgap in the implementation of Soetorocare.

“I certainly hope no one thinks that’s a settled argument.”

Harvard Law and Cornell Law think its settled. As settled as anything these days.

The parties can’t pursue, only another candidate can.

The Uniparty had the script written back then on how they’d entertain us, pretending to give us a choice, and then that Donald came along and ruined the whole thing!

His mother was an American citizen. Cruz was a US citizen by birthright.

By law Cruz is a natural born citizen. You may not like it but until a court rules otherwise that is how it is.

Nope. The original intent of including NBC within the eligibility clause was to prevent a person with foreign influence/allegiance from becoming President and thus CiC. Understanding that intent, which is documented, an NBC means one that only has allegiance to the United States at birth. Dual Citizenship can’t be NBC as it negates the intent of the clause.

You got it — his mother WAS.

But living in Canada and receiving all the benefits of a *Canadian citizen* —— that would be she WAS A CANADIAN CITIZEN WHEN LITTLE TED! WAS BORN —

WAS BORN IN CANADA = NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF CANADA.

Whether you like it or not. Just the facts.

Tripwire Alert-Republican Party Admits They are Supporting Ted Cruz So They Can Lose To Hillary

This is another example of someone who's lost their marbles but doesn't realize it. The Conservative Treehouse does good analysis and investigation of various events that have taken place and they ought to stick with that. Since they've gotten into trying to push their candidate, they are sounding like kooks.

You don’t need a crystal ball to recognize Ted Cruz will be a near certain loser in November. Smart guy, says all the right things, but he has a poor presentation, poor salesman skills, and very little credibility.

If he’s the nominee, I will vote for him. But I won’t invest time, energy, money. or emotion on him. If someone were to ask me why they should vote for Ted Cruz, I couldn’t give them a good reason.

I can tell them why they should not vote for Hillary, but that’s not the question.

I won’t follow the election closely and probably not even tune in on election night. We know the outcome. Everyone with clarity will know the outcome.

She held American citizenship and met the legal residency requirements. She’s a US citizen and passed it on to him at birth. He’s a NBC.

Anything else is fantasy.

"...divisive Manhattan billionaire"?

Just because he speaks what has been unspoken via Politically Correct cowardice? Truth about illegal immigration, the truth about what it is costing this country; truth about the human bondage traffic crossing our Southern Border daily, the abuse of women and children not only on the long trip to get to America, but the on going human bondage once here...face it, there are really sick people in the USA....(McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952) which Trump would not be afraid to use to stop Muslims from entering the USA for a period of time...for our security and many other issues that need addressing which heretofore were Politically unmentionable. Trump leads....the rest follow...the GOPe wants to retain control over their candidate....lets pray that does not happen.

ok

“Dual Citizenship can’t be NBC as it negates the intent of the clause.”
