Some strokes of genius in there. I wish we could get all Americans to think about this.
While Scalia’s death was highly suspicious, why would the Dems bother to declare Ted Cruz ineligible? Just beat him; it’s easier. And if Donald had, he didn’t need to go the court route. Cruz would end up “technically American (potentially) at birth.” Better, instead, for Trump to ask the American people over and over, want a candidate who was not officially on paper an American until he was 16? Haven’t we had enough of non-American presidents? He could have played it for optics, for patriotism, even if the Supremes stamped Cruz “legal.”
Back to the genius of this article. There are no “parties:” it’s all one oligarchy of anointed elites who rule us and fool us with the whole red vs blue thing. To guarantee their power, they run both Bush and Clinton. They own them both. Thus, sure, Americans can pick which one they prefer, and the oligarchy doesn’t skip one beat.
Thank you Gd for Donald Trump. Not perfect, but not owned by the people bleeding this country dry and peeing on our Constitution.
Well stated. I reread the article and realized the author was not implying a conspiracy regarding Scalia’s death. He was merely pointing out that Scalia’s death benefitted both sides.
