Cruz is GOPe. The nature of the GOPe is to use classic “conservative” situations as shields in order to deceive conservatives to vote for you.

Here on FR, the word RINO goes back at least 12 years. It was coined by the behavior of George W Bush and John McCain et all, who said they were Republicans but were acting like, and enabling, Democrats. Their NWO Globalist agendas were only just being understood by conservatives like me who instinctually freaked out over Bush’s pro Amnesty open borders views in wartime.

Ted Cruz is GOPe Globalist. He worked for Bush, Boehner, and worked WITH McConnell up to Mississippi ‘14. We will not forget.

RINO was NEVER "coined" by anyone on FR; it is a rather OLD term and in use for many decades PRIOR to the net and FR.

FR is almost 20 years old and yes, RINO has been in use, here, since the beginning, but it wasn't originated here.

A lot of us knew that Bush had large government intentions ("compassionate conservatism") and even some globalist tendencies. Cruz opposed the Bush administration in Medellin when the U.N. tried to override U.S. Sovereignty in death penalty cases. That was probably one the reasons GWB said, "I just don’t like the guy."

Mitch McConnell is not exactly happy with Cruz either.

Sorry, I'm not buying your Cruz-globalist/GOPe connection.

That’s a good sketchy outline of the GOPe. It has become clearly defined this year.
