In a way yes.
In a way no.
Does it make it tougher to defeat the GOPe? Yes, and I think it is like playing with the timer device on a nuclear weapon, if that could set it off.
People have no idea how much damage it will do to the nation if Trump is defeated, and the GOPe prevails. If they prevail, they will have defeated our best chance for real change in 100 years.
Trump will have a Republican House and Senate. He will be able to work with them to actually reverse course.
As far as Conservatives lining up behind Cruz, it is still evidence that we all want a Conservative in there. It’s just that we differ about what Cruz or Trump will implement.
Which is be more pro U. S., and anti globalism.
That’s what the border issue is all about. That’s what the Education Department is all about. it’s what Common Core and so much is all about.
Rebuilding our military, getting our spending under control, it’s all about returning our nation to a sound healthy condition that allows it to stand up to the globalists.
The powers that be want us hobbled. They want us to be interdependent.
Trump knows this. He grasp these dynamics very well IMO.
The timing of this scandal is a real setback for the GOPe. It allows Trump too much time to get above 50%.
Right on all counts.
DoughtyOne is 100% correct and I paraphrase and add:
We are in danger—>If Trump is defeated, the GOPe prevails and we have just lost our best chance for real change in 100 years. Trump will have a Republican Congress to work with and actually reverse our dismal course.
Conservatives lining up behind Cruz are not anti-globalist.
Conservatives lining up behind Trump are nationalist-USA 1st.
If we can rebuild our military, control spending, and rebuild our economy we are on the path to restoring our nation and regaining the power necessary to stand up to globalists.
The powers that be want us interdependent on global governance and a global economy.
Trump and his supporters understand these dynamics which is why some single Conservative issues are relegated as secondary to the primary goal of restoring the sovereignty of a great nation ~America.
