I don’t know if this business is true or not, I lean toward believing that it is, but I could be wrong.
But what I do believe completely is that all of this is making our primary look like a total farce. It’s making the base look bad, and I think it’s going to get worse.
I think the end game desired result is remaining voters get disgusted, some walk away and don’t vote, no candidate gets 1237, GOP selects who it wants.
Hello Jeb Bush or Mitt or Ryan or whichever failure they choose.
And the result is going to be President Hillary, a democrat congress and a democrat senate.
And I don’t think that result bothers the GOP at all.
The government agenda will move forward, and the angry base, which includes all Trump and Cruz supporters, will be utterly f***ed and taught a hard learned lesson.
You don’t buck the party, or the party will buck you.
And that’s all that matters to them.
Yes it is called voter suppression. Team GOPe1 (Rubio) smears Cruz and team GOPe2 (Cruz) blames Trump for the smear. End game is a brokered convention where a GOPe3/Cruz ticket gets nominated.
