In that tweet - she is Re-Tweeting (RT) what she saw in a Salon tweet. And probably linking it to her previous tweets about Clinton and Edwards and others’ cheating.

Is it not possible that someone opened an account pretending to be her, or hacked into her actual account? Happens all the time with high profile people. Look at how easy it was to get into misguided Trump supporter Sarah Palin's Yahoo account. All the hacker had to do was gain access to the Lost Password feature, then answer the simplest of questions that she mindlessly selected among the choices. I think they were "What is the first name of your spouse" and "What state do you live in". Her Yahoo user name was probably something like "sarahpalin@yahoo.com". And user name is all you need to get to the lost password feature.
The date of the tweet in question was September 24, 2013. That was the day of his 22-hour filibuster.
Right after that Tweet, Cruz read “Green Eggs and Ham” to his kids as a bedtime story. Remember that?
